They just noticed it today. When they tun it on 
the Dell logo appears, then it goes black. They 
have checked the cables and everything seems in 
order. The green light on the power button of 
monitor stays green once the screen turns black, 
it does not turn amber.

She is available any time all day today and 
tomorrow.
