Sue called to see if someone could help her 
sometime today because she can't work at all 
without her machine running and she won't be in 
tomorrow morning.

For additional info, this is the same exact 
problem as SR#23427, which was originally called 
in on Tuesday morning and then shortly thereafter 
cancelled (self-resolved).

Times: 
any, except tomorrow morning she will not be in.

Her computer has blank screen and is making a 
strange sound from the hard-drive.
She will not be in her office until 2pm. However, 
someone from the main office can/will let you 
in.  
Her computer has been acting werid all week.
