I realize SRD isn't supposed to do tech support, 
but I fiddled around with my mac and found how to 
turn VoiceOver off. I called her back and quickly 
walked her throught it. She said I can close the 
task for her- she didn't need any further 
assistance.

Thinks she hit an F key on her mac (desktop)
Now she has an automated computer voice dictating 
all her actions. For example, when she hovers her 
mouse over anything on her screen, the voice 
(reader?) tells her what it is or what it says. 
She needs help turning it off. It is active when 
she uses Word, IE, FireFox... all programs.

For now she is just leaving the sound turned all 
the way down. She didn't want to utilize TRC.
