Called her back and informed her that Adela's I:
drive and VPSA "stuff" is working. She has an SEP
printer that has been removed from her login script.

I am keeping this ticket open under me so that I
and Brad can work on the problem with the script.

Called again to say this was important to her as 
they are working on a project that is costing 
university $5,000. She requests if it is not 
going to be taken care of right away that someone 
contact her to manager her expectations. She will 
not get upset, be she really needs to know either 
way.

She normally has access to it, but today when she 
logged in it was missing. She is working on a 
thin client and she logged off and on to see if 
that would help but it did not.
Her name is Adela Aguilar V00183841. She can be 
reached at 88221. She is working till 4p but they 
need to have a project completed today and she 
needs the I: to do so.
