I got the original error when I clicked on
properties, "Function address 0x6ada5aa caused a
general protection fault. Exception properties
0xc0000005 some or all property pages may not
display."

Alex is looking at HLRef1 and HLRef3 on radar.

Lori says this is all of the public printers.
"When you go into properties to select two-sided
printing it tells you that you need administrator
approval," recounted Lori. I am going to go have a
look.

She would like a call at the reference desk 
#88899. None of the printers will allow double-
sided. They need help with this ASAP.

When she goes under properties to click the 
double-sided option it tells her "Function

all property pages may not display." They cannot 
go in and set the double sided option.
