Explained to her that she needs to use her banner
credentials.  She said that she was, so I told her
to contact the banner team or try to change her
password manually.

She is in the Faculty Info Page. Its on the 
BanWeb she says but not banner.

She is trying to log into the STAFF part, but it 
asks for a username/pass and when she uses her 
network login

She says its never asked her for her password 
before.

She is available Anytime today.
