I managed to catch him finally. Explorer wouldn't
work even after updating Java. Firefox worked just
fine though so I switched him over to Firefox and
he said that was fine. Closing the task.

I am unable to access Banner on my machine...  It 
seems to stall (not respond) after I enter my 
username and password and get "stuck" trying to 
access JAVA...  I can log-in to Banner on other 
machines...
 
My machine's WOU number is: 20030795[Edit Inv]
