Audrey,
This issue was already taken care of by a UCS person about a 
week or two ago.  It is best to call me before you come over  my 
extension is 88769 I check it everyday numerous times if I am 
not in the office, I also have a message board outside of my 
office and I have had no messages regarding this issue and I 
always give you guys specific dates and times I will be in my 
office.  I am not sure why you guys have trouble getting a hold 
of me other than the fact that there is not a phone call made 
prior to. 

Our jobs at the CDC are a little different then the typical job on 
campus we are responsible for being in the classroom with 
children and that is our first priority.  At times if we have staff 
out sick I have to go into the classroom.  I let the tech's know 
that they can come into the classroom any time and get one of 
us so we can have our computers worked on.  But it is truly best 
to CALL first and then we can let you know good times and if 
those times don't work into your schedule then we can work 
something out.  It sure would be nice if we also know about 
what time someone is going to come over, then we can make a 
plan to get out of the classroom.

Called and left a message asking for times she is
regularly in her desk. Her voicemail says she
won't be back in the office until Jan 7th.
