She called back after rebooting and problem was 
resolved. Closing.

Tried to shut down and reboot.
Gave message that computer was closing: tray icon 
and explorer.exe

Tuned it back on:
Printers and faxes won't open.

She had to go and was going to call me back with 
more details.
