Part of Diane's job is to enter into GOMEDI the 
immunization records which determine whether 
students will have holds on their accounts. She 
is trying to update the records and and is 
running into problems with saving.

-She opens new files and updates them by entering 
new data, then saves using save icon as she 
always does. When she reopens updated entries the 
form does not reflect the new codes she had just 
changed and saved. The forms revert back to what 
they had been saved as before she put new info in.

-When she creates NEW forms and saves, they save 
successfully.

-No data has been lost

-She is using arrow to roll to next entry

-Not sure when stopped saving correctly. She 
updated 100 forms today before she realized they 
were not properly saving.

-Availability is during all business hours. Open 
regular business hours during break (not to 
public though).
