Skyler Gregory	Dec 05, 2007 09:25 AM	I called and told him that his account is all messed up, according to Alex. Alex is working on setting him up properly right now. I told Tim that we would call him back once it's fixed. He may still need a tech to come down and help with the Java install. I installed Java off of the website but the program that he is using still wants to download another version of it. His computer might be using Earthlink for some reason which may be part of the problem too.	Add Attachment

Courtney Wehner	Dec 05, 2007 09:06 AM	He called back and said he still cannot get to the website. Java didn't download correctly. The error says, "Cannot access network location."	Add Attachment
Skyler Gregory	Dec 05, 2007 09:06 AM	He doesn't have any drives being mapped but he said that he's never used them before so he didn't care. I gave him admin rights on the machine. Then I installed Java and his software worked after that.	Add Attachment
