Skyler Gregory	Dec 05, 2007 03:46 PM	I had to remove the pdf creator and microsoft image writer from the printer list before the damn program would default to the right one. Anyway, it works like it should now.	Add Attachment

Skyler Gregory	Dec 05, 2007 03:43 PM	I changed some settings for the printers. I took out all the paper from tray 3 to test it and they printed from tray 2. Then I did the opposite with tray 2 and the page printed normally from tray 3. Closing the task.	Add Attachment

Courtney Wehner	Dec 05, 2007 10:06 AM	The printer it needs to be changed to is 20070393. The list name is Information Desk Printer. You do not need a username and password to get into the program. The default printer got changed when they got a new computer it messed up the print list and default printer was changed.	Add Attachment
