She said this isn't an issue anymore. Word sometimes give her 
issues when it closes, but said it wasn't a problem and didn't want 
us to bother with it. I told her the computer is slow.

Says she tried rebooting about 3 times and says
that the hour glass is the only thing that shows
up. She cannot open any programs, takes a long
time and says she gets error messages. Her
computer is working very slow and says if someone
can help her.
