Oops, it doesn't need a new fuser.  I got this
task mixed up with another made by the same user.
 She was able to install the printer by herself,
so there are no issues with it.

She "found" a printer in her office work area and 
needs help setting it up to her machine. 

HPLaserjet 2420. When she tried to set it up from 
the printer wizard, it was not an option.

She is in her office all day tomorrow.

The Printer is leaving a lot of smear on  the
papers. She has changed the tonner many times.
