Called for status. Never got a replacement 
computer and never got a call back after asking 
for status. She just needs to know what's going 
on so that she can plan accordingly.

I picked up her computer. It is getting the blue
screen complaining that it couldn't find some sys
32 files. I'm reinstalling Windows files right
now. We'll see if that fixes it.

 The computer is telling her to Read internal hard
drive. And popping up with errors.  It tells her
to restart the computer she does and it continues
to tell her the same error.
