Called and left a message asking for times. I also
let him know that we will need him there we
troubleshoot the issue. I asked for a few days of
availability.

I did a test email with him. He received an email 
sent from ucshelpdesk@wou.edu, when he replied it 
did not come through. He gets an hourglass when 
sending mail, and those messages go into his 
outbox, reading as not sent.

Uses outlook, Dell Desktop

Today he is leave office unlocked until 4:30,
