All he needed was the activeX controller
installed.  Problem is, the website won't allow
you to do so.  I Had to go to Seagate's website
and download a program from there.  That resolved
the issue.

He needs someone to come over to his office. When 
he tries to acces das website (state website) he 
gets error: activce x control

Didn't get more info- he seemed to be in a hurry 
to get off the phone.
