I called her and told her she needs to hold down
the power button and that's easier than us coming
down there. This SHOULD be something that the
service  request desk tells anyone when they say
they have this problem.

Hello:

I need access to ASWOU laptop WOU #20050970[Edit Inv] and 
ASWOU cpu WOU# 20010671[Edit Inv].  The WOU#20010671[Edit Inv] is 
currently locked with the login of a recently 
former employee, hirdp -- Paula Hird.

Can you help me?  I have to have access to in-
process meeting minutes for the Incidental Fee 
Committee and other documents.

I need this access by the end of the day Monday, 
December 10 -- at the latest, please.
