Her thin client would freeze when I logged on and
when I tried to open an app. I reset her thin
client and then unplugged the network cable for a
minute.  That seems to have done the trick.  I was
able to log on and open apps.

She says that her computer has been frozen since 
yesterday evening. She did ctrl,alt,del, and when 
that didn't work she unplugged the machine. After 
plugging it back in it froze again. She was 
attempting to load a ubs file at the time it 
froze. She can move the cursor, but not open 
anything and the cursor appears as though it is 
loading. For availability, she says that she will 
have her office open until about 4:30pm today and 
to go right in, as she works with the preschool 
and is rarely in the office during that time.
