Tis issue was happening before (SR 23269). A
restart did not fix the issue. I tried on two
machines in the WCPC area (Lance Dixon and Scott
Tighe) and both got the error when you click on
"Printer Preferences". Lance's machine is an old
4600 while Scott has a 2006 GX 280, so it wouldn't
be profile related. It happens with the default
profile. Deleting and reconnecting the printer
from radar does not work either.

He will be in his office all morning. He said it 
is everyone in the office that is having this 
problem.

When he goes to Properties in his printing 
options, he gets an error message: "The funciton 
caused a protection fault, some or all proporties 
may not be displayed."
