She was trying to manually duplex photos on a
local inkjet printer.  Well, when printing a photo
on one side, it makes the paper warp and stiffens
it. When the put it back in the paper tray to
print on the other side, the stiff and warped
paper will not run through the printer correctly.
 I told her this and she will use a different
printer for such tasks. I also cleaned up her
computer, as it was pretty slow.   

She still has the problem.
