their firewall whitelist.

My name is Alex Ichinoe. I am a system admin at
Western Oregon University. Our Parking Services
representative received a new IP address today and
is unable to connect to the Columbia mainframe
with the Windows Sockets 3270 Telnet Application
(TN3270). I have contacted the IT department at
the DMV and spoken with Kris and Terry. Kris
informed me that she has added the new IP address
on their side but recommended that I contact the
TSC Helpdesk to have the IP changed for firewall
access. I have also spoken with Suzanne at the TSC
helpdesk.

I want the current 140.211.117.170 address to be
changed to 140.211.116.122.

If there is more information that is needed please

for Alex.

PrinterKey was exactly what she needed. She said
the DMV program was an icon on her desktop. Alex
is looking for that.

Also doesn't have DMV Program. TM3280 is what she 
THINKS the program is called. She cannot work at 
all without this.

She has a thin client as a temp while her machine 
is fixed. She needs to print whole screens for 
parking services on a regular basis and is unable 
to do so on the thin client. She cannot select 
all and "print selection" as it only will select 
some of her field boxes at a time.
