little better.

I looked at it. The keyboard was bent for some
reason. I removed the keyboard and bent it back
into shape and it looks good now.

As far as the machine running slow, I really
couldn't find any evidence of slowness. 

Before the machine gets returned his mash account
needs to be added to the local administrators group.

Called saying the keyboard does not work, the 
surface is uneven. Says the laptop is really 
slow. Says if someone could take a look at it. He 
said if nothing can be done then he would like a 
new laptop.
