I will ask him if I can take his palm, make a
backup of his contacts for stuff (if I can take
it) and will see if we can sync this device with
some thing else and maybe talk to him about notify
link.

When you try to run hotsync he gets a "unreconized
USB device" no matter what profile I try this on
it does not get any farther, I tried Coach
O'Mally's cable and got the same result and I
suspect that it is his machine, maybe his mobo?
since his wireless card and palm are no longer
working and he had a HDD hiccup? I will run it by
Brad and Adam to see what the options are.

He called back. On two open tasks Brian and Myron 
had tried to be in touch with him, but niether of 
them were available to take his call.

Arne said "tell them to come over, I'll leave the 
office open. They can come in whenever they want."

Laptops DVD player needs decoder, and wont play
TV monitor that brad is working on needs to be 
updated on the video card, he said.

computer.

I had this sync to just the palm desktop it
connects fine, but fails to contact the computer
when you sync, switched it to outlook and get the
"device driver failed to load" I have reinstalled
the software and hardware several times. this will
most likely have to involved palm support... yay

the computer seems to just play the USB failed to
connect sound, windows complains that a USB device
has 'malfuntioned' this is either the treo, or the
usb cable since he has many other things working
from usb ports and it does not work in different
usb ports, the problem follows the device.

Arne called saying he needed help with his Treo 
before he leaves town. He will be in his office 
for two hours. Skyped techs and Myron went over 
to help resolve.
