I fixed his printing problems and he should be
working. If anyone else is having issues I need to
know who.

Kim Hoffman just came into the office to check 
on the status of this.  He is working over at 
Rice right now to try and duplicate the print 
jobs he thought were going through.  He would 
like the jobs he sent to the printer to be 
printed out if at all possible.  He said that 
Rebecca NcCannell also has some needed print 
jobs in the queue.  I haven't verified that with 
Becca. He would like a call as soon as the 
printer is working.  

Last worked on Friday. Printing photo images and 
from Word. Printer reads ready. Pushed Go button 
and it says Ready/Offline (he left it saying 
Ready. Green light is on. He could not find the 
WOU numbers. Says the printer is in CH 105 and it 
is labeled as hplaserjet btn #2.

Did not seem very computer literate. Said he has 
the correct printer selected and that it was 
working fine before. He said that everyone in 
department is having the issue, Rebecca McCannell 
was with him.

Office Specialist Cathy McClean is gone, will be 
for some time. They hoped someone would be over 
right away... told them I could not promise that.
