Sungard says to uninstall Crystal Reports and 
reinstall it.  We may have to uninstall the .NET 
versions of ASP.

Installed newer versions of ASP.NET.  Sungard is
finally able to replicate issue.  Problem relates
to Crystal Reports viewer being called in ASP.

I ran a trace of the web server to see where the
CLM printing errored out.  I had set the virtual
site to use ASP version 1.1.4322, but the trace
showed it was still calling ASP 2.0.50727.  I
applied an ISAPI filter to call the 1.1.4322 .dll,
and was able to successfully execute the print
queued mail function in CLM.

Changing ASP version did not resolve the issue. 
Will be contacting manufacturer for further suppport.

A web-centric application called NetPartner was
installed on Winchester on Dec. 19, 2007.  It
upgraded ASP to ASP.NET 2.0.50727.  It coincides
with the error messages Tom and Dona Vasas have
experienced, and the system logs on winchester
show the same thing. Contacted Sungard support,
and switched the clm virtual website to use ASP
version 1.1.4322 and restarted the web services.

Contacted Dona Vasas this morning to see if that
solved the problem, and she indicated that Tom
would be using it tomorrow or it may be early next
week before we find out if that was the solution.

I sent Alex a Skype asking about this task. I
couldn't find the program in t:\installs$ or much
info on Google about it.

He called back and it is still not working.

He said the program stopped working. They cannot 
Print.

Tom called saying that he is having a similar 
problem as he did before with his CLM program 
(Not COM as I wrote when I first created the 
task). When trying to run the program he gets an 
error message on the website saying it cannot 
display the page and the probable cause is the 
CLM  website may be under maintenatin or website 
has a programming error. I am reopening this task.

Sending jopbs to Motzart in AD 101.
Crystal Reports is software that "Campus Loan 
Management" (COM) runs under.
only two users for this program and the other 
user, Donna, has no issue. 
Tom is printing from a thin client.

"COM won't get far enough to even generate the 
report to print." Yet he says that the program 
itself does not seem to be having a problem, just 
the printing feature.
