Disk of photos in her laptop. Dell. 
When it froze she was looking at photo on a cd to 
put into PP. Cd had in machine and was being 
being read at the time. Rebooted Windows loaded. 
Opened PP and it was all there.

Document recovery, she is going to allow for doc 
recovery on next opening of PP.
