She will be in this morning, but she cannot work 
until this all gets fixed.

This was installed yesterday, and it is only 
showing WebX recorder, but she thinks she needs 
WebX reader as well. She is not sure what all she 
needs, but she knows it is not all there. She 
thinks someone needs to look at her old computer 
to see what all she needs on her new computer.
