I stopped by to troubleshoot the thin client.  I
removed the personal card and pulled the power. 
This resolved the issue.  I told him I didn't know
enough about the thin client cards to answer why
it was acting the way it did.  He said I could go
ahead and close the task though.

He is working on the thin client and all of the 
sudden it kicks him off to the Kiosk screen. He 
DOES have a key card, but when he puts in the key 
card, nothing happens.

Bruce has called us about this many many times 
before, regarding the thin client booting him off 
at random times. He seemed a bit frustrated with 
the whole thing.

He has changed rooms and is now in AD 202, and he 
has a new number:
8-8672
He wants this fixed today he said.
He is in Monday next week.
