This was a problem with her old machine.  Her new
GFA machine resolved the issue.

She wants to use Dreamweaver on remote desktop. 
SHe has a blank grey screen with the textbox at 
top of her screen that says ts.wou...

She tried shutting her machine down. SHe is going 
to try another computer to see if it is just her 
machine.

She works regular business hours.
