He had some dead shortcuts, so I made new ones for
him.  He also had yahoo and Google toolbars, which
I removed.  Unfortunately I could not get Firefox
to work.  I uninstalled it, ran ccleaner and then
installed it with no success. He said it wasn't a
big deal, since all he uses is IE. I told him that
if he ever needs Firefox, he can give us a call.  

FF, IE Browsers won't load.
Clicks on it- hour glass for ten seconds. No 
window ever pops up.

Been having this issue for months, progressively 
worse. Would click on browser, it ititialized and 
would have an hour glass for some time and 
eventually it would open and function normally. 
Time span from initialization to open and 
function gets greater and greater. This morning 
his computer had hour glass for about 45 minutes 
and still the browser had not opened. He did try 
sutting down, multiple times.

Word, excel, windows, work well.
