The Windows CD burning wizard doesn't like working
on Nancy's machine. The Sonic CD-Now software
works fine. The new CD-ROM also works and
recognizes CDs.

The CD-Rom is not reading any CDs and an update to
the drivers did not help. I salvaged a drive from
a PDR and will see if that solves the issue.

Called back saying the message she is recieving 
is "cannot complete the cd writing."

Says she has tried to copy the file a few times 
and not working.

was copying really slow and then a message popped 
up saying there is something wrong with the cd.
