When she is prompted to put in her username/pass, 
the screen goes black. She logged in yesterday to 
the ts server just fine. She has tried the other 
3 ts servers to log into, but neither work.

She is here until noon and then 1-5pm.
She is leaving for vacation next week and wants 
to have this done by tomorrow.
