I was able to find the extra toolbars for Outlook
and set this up for her. I had to check the option
to edit with Word.

She called back and what she wants is this:

She wants to be able to adjust the line spacing
in the wou email client.

She HATES how when she enters a new paragraph, it
places 2 lines of space between the text.

She mentions that in WORD you can change line
spacing etc...but in the email client, she gets
no options to do so.

OK - thats what she wants, personally, I dont
know how this could drive someone crazy enough to
call us about it, but...yeah.

She was thinking that when she was writing an
email the text box was Word. She did not
understand that formatting her text while
composing an email she would not do so as you
would in Word. I tried to direct her to the
little buttons above the text box to adjust
spacing/alignment but she says she did not see
them. I tried and was on the phone with her for
quite some time. She thinks the settings are
wrong for her email and she doesn't know how to
change it.
