He came over and we fixed this.

He called to say that he cannot log onto his thin 
client this morning. He says that it freezes when 
he gets to the log on to windows screen. He says 
that it is just his thin client that is doing 
this in the office. He tried to unplug it and 
restart it and neither of them worked.
