The mac is next to my desk. They had to replace
the hard drive so it needs to be re-imaged.

I Skyped Brad and he said: "the mac has been at 
the mac store and they've had it for a week now 
and i haven't heard anything. i'm going to call 
the mac store and check up on the ETA."

I called her back and gave her the status, so 
she's now in the know.

Rose, student worker called this in.
The machine has a gray screen with the apple 
symbol whenever turned on. OS never loads.

Tried shutting down many times, still doesn't get 
past the grey screen.
