Machine is running great. He has been having
problems with his palm. After I got the drivers
installed for the palm it still would not sync.
Myron took a look at the palm and found that the
incoming and outgoing servers were incorrect. He
changed them to the right ones and it syncs
correctly.  He will be in tomorrow to pick
everything up.

Imaged the machine. Unfortunately I could not
recover any data.  Arne gave me the goahead to
image it. I left him a vm asking him for his palm
so that I could sync it to the computer.

The laptop got moved to Alex's desk.

He turned off his machine, and next time he 
turned it on, it went through the booting cycle 
and never gets past the windows screen.

He left the machine by Joan's desk. Its in the 
xps bag.
