I changed the speed setting on the switch and it

It tells them the network cable is unplugged. 
BUT, when he tries  his laptop with the same 
cable, it works just fine. They took the computer 
back to his old office and it worked fine there. 
Michael Ross called this in and he has been 
trying to work on this all morning. He wants you 
to call him first at 88046, or 88122. He will 
meet you in his office PP 109.
