this is in tech inbox #12 with setup sheet there 
is a similiar setup for ISS on Service Req#23794 
which is also where the invoice is at as well, 
Ambre Staley is not the end user but the one who 
placed the order her or Ermie Buncal may be able 
to answer questions about setup needs
