went over and looked at the issue, it is only his
calendar that is having sync issues. I backed up
his profile so I could install the new outlook
sync, I had to give the palm hotsync software to
use this new profile and it timed out when
conacting "the global address book" as per Travis'
instruction I told him I had class at 3 pm.

He called back saying he needs this fixed, he 
does "massive" ammounts of work from his home and 
it is critical he gets this fixed.

he wanted me to mark this as a high priority 
because it is crucial to his job.

JIm called for status, saying that it was 
imperative that he get assistance right away.

THe last memo was confusing... I didn't 
understand why Arne was mentioned. I know he is 
having the same issue. Perhaps that memo was 
entered in the wrong task??

This is a high priority for Arne. I was there for
another task and he was very concerned. I tried a
sync and it didn't work.

Called for status. Been a week he said and he's 
getting desperate.

Tried every day since task was created, with no 
success, and hasn't work.

Up until this afternoon his palm pilot was sync'd 
to his machine.
He rebooted a few times, and that did not help.

He is available all day til 5pm.
All day here tomorrow.
