Called, no answer. Wrote email, asking if this has
been resolved. Alex said he currently does not
have any open sessions to cause the black screen.

He is on a PC. When he tries to connect to the TS 
he gets black screen.

He does puts in his username and password but 
then it hangs at a black screen.

He mentioned that when he first logged in, it 
worked, but it would not let him click on 
anything, so he restarted and tried again, but 
this time, the screen is black.

He is available tomorrow from: 11 - 12 and 1pm - 
2pm

Wednesday from 10 to about 11am.
