I sent her an email from my gmail account, and 
she received it just fine. She told me to mark 
this as a low priority and she would call us back 
if the problem persisted.

She just set up her email account on Friday. 

She had a couple of people send her emails:

state health dept. from Oklahoma, other was from 
Minet

She was unable to receive either of them.
