This does not happen on another computer.  He 
can work elsewhere today but would like it 
looked at this week.

He is going to go to another machine and open 
these same documents to see what happens and 
call us back.

This started yesterday.  It is like this all the 
time.  It does not happen in Excel or when he 
browses the internet.  It only happens in Word.
