Telecom reconnect her and the internet is working
fine now.

I couldn't get the port working. I asked her to
call telecom to have them check the port since she
is in HSS. She came back from xmas break and it
was no longer working.

after 1p. Otherwise she will be there. Of course 
she cannot use her computer at all.
