I went there and restarted the machine and then it
worked. He said that after 10 or 20 minutes at the
login screen, it freezes. He said he'll ask
someone to check it tomorrow and see if it freezes
again. I'll close the task and hopefully it won't
be reopened.

He asked me to put Nathan as contact (since he's 
his supervisory) and to move this task to high 
priority because a class with soon be conducted 
in the room.

UCS student worker, Jonathan Guillen, called in 
and said the machine does not even get to the 
launching Windows point. The mouse pointer 
doesn't work and keyboard does not function, no 
cursor.
