only happening with Tabitha Martel, or if it was 
happening with multiple users.

Its a Dell PC and Tabitha Martel (V00177356) is 
trying to open it up, but she gets the error 
message: License File Not Found

Call the info desk: 88261, there will be somoene 
there all night til 10pm
