Audrey Sundkvist	Jan 14, 2008 11:01 AM	Problem #1 Network cable had been unplugged from the Mac and plugged into her laptop. Problem #2 (aka the real issue) The Mac wasn't bound to mash. I bound it and then she could login fine.	Add Attachment

Joan Guralnick	Jan 09, 2008 01:01 PM	This lady cam into the office this morning. She stated that she couldn't log in anywhere. I had her log in here and it worked just fine. I don't think she is using the right password everytime. She had to try 2 different combinations. She still wants someone to take a look at her office machine.	Add Attachment
