When she opens up acrobat reader 5.0, nothing 
happens. She has Adobe Reader 8 which also does 
nothing.

She cannot get it to open no matter what she 
tries /reboot/etc.

She will be available throught most of the day in 
and out. She will be at ref. desk from 2-5pm
