This is a print pool consisting of 2 network print
devices with duplexing units.  The virtual print
device did not have the duplexer marked as
installed, which prevented the print jobs from
printing on both sides.

users can select duplex printing but when they 
send the documents to printers, it still prints 
single sided.

She mentions that last term they could not even 
select duplex printing.

They have tested this with students and staff but 
neither can do double-sided printing.
