She called back today and it gave her the same 
error message: contact your administrator.

She is leaving campus, but she can be contacted

She is an adjunt professor and has off campus for 
a while. She went to account lookup yesterday and 
created a new password. It said that it was 
accepted, but when she tried to log on it said 
that the account as been disabled and to contact 
an administrator. New location is HSS 233A and 
contact # is 206-498-7416.
